If you do not agree with any of the provisions of these Terms, please stop using the Site.<\/li>\n<li>The Clinic reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes shall enter into force upon their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the changes shall constitute acceptance of the changed Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02. Purpose and content of the site<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2.1. The site is intended to inform Users about the Clinic&#8217;s activities, services, news, the possibility of making an appointment for a consultation and other information functions.<\/p>\n<p>2.2. The information on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice or diagnostics. Remote determination of health status through the Site is not carried out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03.Use of the site and content<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>The site is intended to inform Users about the Clinic&#8217;s activities, in particular, the provision of aesthetic medicine and cosmetology services, which include cosmetic procedures, skin care, rejuvenation, using modern aesthetic medicine techniques with an emphasis on patient comfort and safety, as well as for the implementation of other activities that meet the goals and objectives of the Clinic and do not contradict the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine.<\/li>\n<li>All content (texts, photos, videos, logos, design, documents, and other materials) is the subject of copyright of the Clinic or third parties and is protected by the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Copyright and Related Rights&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Any reproduction, copying, distribution, public display, processing, translation or other use of the Site materials without the prior written consent of the Clinic is prohibited, except for cases expressly provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.<\/li>\n<li>The Clinic reserves the right not to respond to statements, applications, requests containing false, offensive or potentially fraudulent information. The provisions of this section apply exclusively to the extent that they do not limit the rights of Users guaranteed by law, in particular in the field of consumer protection.<\/li>\n<li>To use the Site, it is not required to create an account or undergo mandatory registration. All functionality of the Site is open to the public, except for cases related to receiving consultations\/procedures, writing reviews, comments or other public messages on the Site.<\/li>\n<li>The User is solely responsible for the accuracy, relevance and completeness of the information provided by the User in applications, requests, requests or when receiving a consultation or receiving medical and aesthetic cosmetic procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.7. The User undertakes to refrain from any actions that may disrupt the normal functioning of the Site, harm the business reputation of the Clinic, violate intellectual property rights or legitimate interests of the Clinic and third parties.<\/p>\n<p>3.8. The Clinic has the right at any time to change, update or delete the content of the Site, as well as temporarily restrict or terminate the operation of the Site for technical, organizational or other reasons without prior notice to the Users. In the event of changes that significantly affect the rights and obligations of the User, the User has the right to terminate use of the Site.<\/p>\n<p>3.9. In the event of changes to the Terms of Use, the Clinic shall notify Users by publishing a notice on the Site no later than 7 days before the changes come into force.<\/p>\n<p>3.10. It is prohibited to use the Site materials for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Clinic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Privacy and personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>The processing, collection and use of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Clinic&#8217;s Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The User confirms that he is familiar with the Privacy Policy and provides the Clinic with voluntary and unambiguous consent to the processing of his personal data exclusively to the extent and for the purposes specified in the Policy. The User has all the rights of the subject of personal data provided for by law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Clinic is not liable for temporary technical failures in the operation of the Site, interruptions in access to it, loss of data or other technical shortcomings that arose through no fault of the Clinic, in particular as a result of:\n<ul>\n<li>actions or inaction of third parties;<\/li>\n<li>interruptions in the operation of communication networks, power supply, servers or software of third parties;<\/li>\n<li>force majeure circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The User is liable for damage caused by violation of these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations between the User and the Clinic.<\/p>\n<p>6.2. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be subject to consideration in the relevant court of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Implementation of the Clinic&#8217;s activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>The Clinic carries out its activities in accordance with the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On the Fundamentals of the Legislation of Ukraine on Health Care&#8221;, other regulatory legal acts of Ukraine regulating economic activity in the field of health care.<\/li>\n<li>The main purpose of the Clinic&#8217;s activities is to conduct medical practice in the field of providing aesthetic medicine and cosmetology services, including cosmetic procedures, skin care, rejuvenation, using modern methods of aesthetic medicine with an emphasis on patient comfort and safety.<\/li>\n<li>The organization of the Clinic&#8217;s activities is carried out on the principles of transparency and legality of conducting medical practice; effective management of resources and finances; compliance with quality standards of work and services; ensuring social responsibility, ethics.<\/li>\n<li>The clinic has the right to involve third-party specialists, consultants and partners for the implementation of its medical activities, with whom appropriate contracts are concluded, only on condition that confidentiality and protection of personal data of patients are ensured, as well as compliance with the requirements of current legislation in the field of healthcare.<\/li>\n<li>The clinic may develop internal regulations, provisions and instructions regulating the organization and procedure for carrying out certain types of activities, in order to increase the efficiency of the provision of medical services and compliance with the requirements of current legislation.<\/li>\n<li>All medical services are provided exclusively in accordance with current medical licenses and requirements of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8.
